Right of Withdrawal Instructions on Withdrawal for the Uniform Delivery of Goods from 13.06.2014
If you are a consumer as defined by § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (i.e. a private end-user/customer), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not required.
You may also download and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration from below. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments
received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs
resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive
standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within
fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from
this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
