Shipping and Payment Terms
Shipping / Freight Costs
Our deliveries within Germany are almost nationwide and typically take 24-48 hours.
Costs for Delivery via Freight (Domestic)
- For goods with a value up to €325.00 net: discounted shipping from the factory.
- For goods with a value of €326.00 net or more: free delivery to the destination.
- Freight costs for international shipments are available upon request.
Costs for Delivery via Parcel Service (Domestic)
- Parcel service costs up to 5 kg: €8.00
- Parcel service costs up to 30 kg: €13.00
Other Shipping Methods
- Express shipments are available, price upon request.
- For individual tire orders, additional freight charges may apply.
Orders
- Orders for in-stock goods placed by 2:00 PM (Mon. - Thu.) and by 11:30 AM on Fridays will be shipped on the same day.
Payment Methods
- All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
- Payment is due within 30 days net.
Notes
- WARNING! Our products are shipped unpackaged! Transport damages can only be claimed for packaged goods. Price per packaging unit: €62.00 net + VAT.
- Packaged goods deliveries must be checked for potential damages immediately, and any damages must be noted on the freight receipt.
- The return of undamaged goods requires our approval and must be sent postage paid. The credit will be issued minus 15% restocking fees based on the gross value of the goods, as well as any freight costs incurred.
- All deliveries are subject to our terms of delivery and payment, which can be found in the appendix to this price list. With the release of this new price list, all prices listed in our previous printed price lists, brochures, and offers become invalid! We do not offer discounts on small spare parts orders (value up to €25.00). All information on dimensions and weights is approximate. We reserve the right to make changes in construction, design, and further developments.
