Technical Problem with products
Basically complaints have to be discussed and planned via email with company Kock & Sohn before any actions. When actions are started before dialogue with us, the contractor is responsible for costs and guarantee. In General costs for example for fuel or kilometres are not chargeable to us. Is an complaint from customer not valid and Kock & Sohn has costs (for example transport/freight), we have to charge them to the proposer.
